1. Who we are
AeroVision Imaging is a Victorian sole-trader drone imaging business. Privacy enquiries can be sent to [email protected].
2. What we collect
We may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, property address, property type, service requested, job details, later booking and access information, correspondence, quotes, delivery records and payment or business records.
The website may also record the page you used, referring source, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers when they are present.
3. Why we collect it
We use information to respond to enquiries, review the property and surrounding site conditions, assess whether we can perform the work, prepare quotes, arrange and deliver jobs, maintain business and tax records, prevent abuse, protect the website and measure which marketing produces real enquiries and paid work.
4. What is required
The enquiry form requires enough information to contact you, identify the property and understand the requested work. The property address is used to review the property and surrounding site conditions before quoting. If you do not provide required fields, we may not be able to respond or quote. Please do not submit sensitive information.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers including Bluehost, Google Workspace and Cloudflare to host, process, secure, store and deliver information. We may disclose information to professional advisers, insurers or authorities where reasonably necessary. We do not sell customer or lead information.
6. Overseas and cloud processing
Cloud service providers may process information in Australia or other countries. Provider locations and subprocessors can change. Current provider privacy information is available from the providers.
7. Retention
- Unconverted enquiries: normally deleted or anonymised 12 months after the last meaningful contact.
- Working files and customer delivery copies: normally removed from active systems 30 days after confirmed delivery.
- Compact business records: accepted quotes, terms, authority, key correspondence, invoices, payment evidence, final reports, delivery evidence, job logs and limited dispute evidence are generally kept under a 7-year business records rule.
- Portfolio material: kept only with separate written permission.
Legal, insurer or complaint holds override routine deletion.
8. Security
We use restricted access, separate job folders, account security, anti-spam controls, backups and monitoring appropriate for a small business. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Access, correction and deletion requests
You can contact [email protected] to ask about information AeroVision holds about you or to request correction or deletion. Some information may need to be kept for tax, contract, insurance, legal or dispute purposes.
10. Analytics and advertising measurement
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement when enabled. When you submit an enquiry, we may also record campaign parameters or advertising click identifiers that arrived with the page URL so we can understand which marketing produced the enquiry. We do not sell this information. If our analytics or advertising tools change, this notice and any consent requirements will be reviewed.

We may update this notice when our tools or legal position change. The version date at the top of this page identifies the published version.
